Warehouse Manager | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to streamline material flow.
Administer the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for warehouse management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
OSHA 30-hour certification for General Industry.
