Job description
Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience within CFS (Container Freight Station) office and warehouse operations.
Experience interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, customs authorities, shipping agents, and government agencies.
Experience with trucking operations preferred.
Proficient in WMS, ABI, ACE/AMS Software.
Ability to support office and warehouse operations when necessary.
Excellent crisis management skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficient computer skills and professional communication etiquette.
Availability to work extended hours as needed by customer/shipment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
