Warehouse Manager | Holt, MI
Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Develop and implement warehouse procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and capacity.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to coordinate material flow and meet customer demands.
Implement and manage a robust inventory control system, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and best practices
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI) for reporting and process improvement.
OSHA 30-hour certification or demonstrated commitment to advanced safety protocols.
Experience with automated warehouse systems (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
