Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, lead staff, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient facility. This role manages scheduling, workflow, performance, and operational improvements.
Direct reports: ~4 | Total team: ~45
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and scheduling.
Ensure production, accuracy, and service goals are met.
Lead maintenance, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
Manage warehouse systems including WMS, voice selection, and JD Edwards.
Drive improvements in material handling, safety, efficiency, and cost control.
Assist with budgeting and manage overtime and labor costs.
Implement operational improvements and support leadership directives.
Partner with the Distribution Manager to resolve daily issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of warehouse or labor‑management experience.
Experience with WMS, engineered labor standards, Lucas voice tech, JD Edwards.
Strong leadership, staffing, safety management, budgeting, and process skills.
