About EcoEnclose

EcoEnclose is on a mission to transition the world to truly sustainable packaging. We serve forward-thinking businesses who ship, box, wrap, and tape – helping them minimize the environmental impact of their packaging. We do this by working with the world’s best packaging suppliers, innovating towards better solutions, and delivering more sustainable options + logistics excellence to our customers. We seek energized problem-solvers who want to do good business and do good.

About this Position

The Warehouse Manager will run the full operation at EcoEnclose's first warehouse outside of Colorado. You'll lead a small kitting and fulfillment team and own everything that keeps the site running: safety, inventory, receiving, shipping, and the facility itself. The job means getting your hands dirty, holding the team to high standards (99% on-time, every day), and finding solutions to problems. We are looking for a hands-on leader who loves exceeding goals, maintaining a well-organized warehouse, is committed to achievement, is excited about building something new, and wants their work to help our mission toward sustainable packaging.

Success in This Role Means:  Daily orders go out on time, consistently. You hit 99% on-time shipping, and when something threatens that, you're already on it.

Every project comes in at or under its labor cost goal, and you can explain why.

The site is safe and stays that way, with zero preventable incidents, clean inspections, and a team that takes safety seriously because you do.

Inventory is accurate and the warehouse is organized enough that anyone could walk in and find what they need.

Your team is engaged, well-trained, and growing. Standups are quick and useful, reviews happen on time, and people want to stay.

Equipment, technology, and contractors are handled before small issues become big ones.

HQ never has to wonder what's happening at your site. You share wins, flag problems early, and come with ideas.

Within your first year, this location runs so smoothly that it becomes the blueprint for how EcoEnclose runs sites outside Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the site safe through regular inspections, safety training, and quick action on any hazards

Maintain the facility, equipment, and on-site technology, and troubleshoot problems as they come up

Bring in and manage outside contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility projects

Run daily standups, regular team meetings, and quarterly reviews

Spot bottlenecks and keep improving workflows, layout, and processes

Warehouse & Inventory

Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized, so product is easy to find and count

Manage freight receiving, from checking in shipments to putting product away

Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate pickups with HQ

Reporting & Travel

Report to the Director of Operations and People, sharing regular updates on performance, issues, and needs

Travel to EcoEnclose HQ in Louisville, CO twice a year

2 - 5 years hands-on experience running warehouse, fulfillment, or kitting operations, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding on-time shipping and labor cost goals in a fast-paced production or fulfillment environment

Experience leading a small team, including setting daily priorities, running standups, and coaching team members through quarterly reviews

A safety-first mindset, with working knowledge of warehouse safety practices, site inspections, and OSHA standards

A solution and action oriented mindset: you see problems, take ownership, and move it forward to a solution urgently

Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail, with the ability to keep inventory, product locations, and time-tracking data accurate and up to date

Mechanical and technical aptitude to troubleshoot facility and equipment issues, and the judgment to know when to bring in and manage outside contractors

Systems Proficiency - Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, shipping platforms Shipstation

Ability to balance competing priorities, such as project deadlines, labor budgets, and daily order volume, and make sound calls without constant oversight

Clear, proactive communication skills, with the ability to keep a remote leadership team informed and raise issues early
