Job description
Saranoni is looking for a dependable, organized, and positive Warehouse Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team.
This is a hands-on working manager position. You’ll spend your day on the warehouse floor alongside the team helping keep orders moving, inventory organized, employees on task, and the warehouse running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our Fulfillment Lead and Inventory Lead and report to our Operations Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Help lead and organize the warehouse team each day
Coordinate daily priorities for fulfillment and inventory
Help create employee schedules and ensure appropriate coverage
Keep orders moving accurately and on time
Support receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping as needed
Train and support warehouse employees
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Monitor productivity and help the team stay on task
Identify problems and work with the team to solve them
Prepare the warehouse for busy seasons, promotions, and incoming shipments
Communicate issues or needs to the Operations Manager

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, or team-lead experience is preferred.
