We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tacoma, WA . In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, keeping all systems, files, logs and inventory up-to-date and accurate. You will order supplies needed for the daily operation of all department and consistently review equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient.

Full Time - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with some occasional evenings and weekends possible
Paid Weekly
Compensation: $50K - $105K annually, DOE
Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)
Vacation: 80 hours accrued annually
Sick Time Pay: Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

The Role
Manages the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Keeps all systems, files, logs, and inventory up-to-date and accurate
Orders supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments
Consistently reviews equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient
Trains technicians on equipment reconciliation processes
Ensures all orders are completed to meet required deadlines
Ensures that resources (i.e. Company vehicles, company and client equipment, etc) are secured and maintained in proper working orderConducts and/or attends meetings as needed
Performs quality inspections to ensure warehouse is in compliance and meeting guidelines
Manages all incoming and outgoing shipments
Ensures safety is priority: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
Strives to provide the best customer experience every day
Requirements
3+ years of warehouse experience required
Previous experience managing a team preferred
Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
Will need to pass a DOT physical and/or already possess a Federal Medical (FedMed) card
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
