Warehouse Manager | Wyoming, MI
Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Warehouse Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure seamless material flow.
Monitor and manage warehouse budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing operational costs
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of warehouse personnel
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs) in a warehouse setting.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
