Supported by Belmont Point Management LLC's Executive Leadership team, we've earned a reputation as a premiere AV integration and installation provider serving the Intelligence and Defense communities, Maryland Public School System, and diversified, worldwide commercial customers.
We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager! This position will be overseeing daily facility operations, material distribution, inventory control, and shipping logistics to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of goods.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch processes. Optimize floor layouts and space utilization
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring material readiness for CONUS and OCONUS locations
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel. Monitor staff productivity and performance
Analyze operational metrics and KPIs (like pick accuracy and on-time delivery) to drive cost reduction and efficiency
Maintain accurate chain of custody, receiving, and storage records for government-furnished property according to regulations
Oversee the facility's operational budget
Negotiate rates with freight carriers
Maintain open, continuous communication with the Supply Chain Director on all facility, operations, and staff updates
Provide executive-level mentorship and direction to the logistics and warehouse operations staff. Establish performance metrics, safety benchmarks, and resource schedules
Requirements
The requirements for this position include:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
15 years of Warehouse/Logistics experience
Previous Warehouse Management experience
Must be eligible for a Security Clearance

Salary Description
$116,000.00-$140,000.00
