The ideal candidate has successfully implemented or launched these systems in a previous organization and understands how to leverage technology to improve warehouse accuracy, productivity, inventory control, and transportation efficiency.

The Warehouse Operations Manager must also have prior experience opening, relocating, or launching a warehouse facility , including developing processes, coordinating resources, establishing workflows, training employees, and successfully transitioning operations with minimal disruption.
