Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Tucson. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Our client operates 24/7 and offers multiple shift options, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Training may be conducted on a different shift before moving to your assigned schedule.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate coating production lines
Coordinate and perform production runs according to work instructions
Monitor schedules and prepare for upcoming production runs
Record production data, test results, and quality information accurately
Complete required production reports and documentation
Support job changeovers and process improvements
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Meet production and quality standards while working independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or production experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
