Job description
MCC seeks a Picker / Packer to support its Christian relief and development mission by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This on-site role handles donated and purchased goods, verifies quantities and quality, and maintains organized inventory areas. The Picker / Packer uses basic warehouse tools and systems, follows safety and packing standards, and assists with loading and unloading. Working in a collaborative, faith-driven team, this position helps ensure supplies reach vulnerable communities efficiently and with good stewardship.
