Warehouse Order VerifierWestin Fulfillment LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Verifier to help ensure our orders leave the warehouse accurately and on time. If you enjoy staying organized, catching the small details others miss, and working in a fast-moving warehouse environment, this role may be a great fit. Our team supports major retailers and e-commerce partners, so accuracy and efficiency are essential. The Order Verifier plays a key role in making sure every order shipped meets company and customer standards.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify picked orders for accuracy, quantity, and product quality before shipmentCompare items against packing slips, purchase orders, and system recordsEnsure correct labels, packaging, and documentation are included with shipmentsIdentify discrepancies and coordinate with picking, packing, and inventory teams to resolve issuesMaintain organized verification stations and follow warehouse safety proceduresAssist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operationsQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stand and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environmentBasic computer or warehouse system familiarityAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and strong teamwork skillsScheduleFull-time position Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat Schedule may vary based on operational needs.
