You'll be:Coordinating storeroom parts and overseeing extensive use of SAP for requisitioning, receiving, issuing, and inventory management of partsOrdering production chemicals, raw and technical materials, and negotiating deliveries for the siteAssisting with service entries, managing direct pay invoices, resolving accounts payable requests, and addressing open goods receipt issuesConducting cyclical monthly inventory and monitoring free bin vendor inventory processesApplying proper accounting codes to invoices and submitting them for paymentThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalentPossess 1-3 years of relevant work experienceHave experience with inventory managementKnow SAP computer functions related to stores transactions, reporting, finance, purchasing, and MRO processesDemonstrate basic knowledge of plant equipment and strong interpersonal skills for internal and external contactsExhibit good organizational, housekeeping, and communication skillsAre able to perform basic mathematicsHave working knowledge of personal computers and software packagesOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
