Warehouse / Production Associate$18/hr 1st Shift | $19/hr 3rd Shift + Optional OTUp to $1,500+/Week with Overtime 12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule | Columbus, OHPlenty of Overtime Available — Many Employees Work 60+ Hours/Week A well-established Columbus manufacturing facility is hiring Warehouse / Production Associates to join our team producing vinyl siding and other exterior building products. This is a hands-on factory, production and packaging position with opportunities to work additional overtime for employees who want to maximize their weekly earnings. No previous manufacturing experience required — we will train the right candidates! Experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, material handling, shipping, quality inspection or general labor is helpful, but we're also interested in dependable candidates who are willing to learn.What You'll DoAs a Warehouse / Production Associate, you will support the daily manufacturing and production operation by:Inspecting vinyl siding and other exterior building products as they come off the production linePerforming quality inspection to check products for color, size, defects and overall appearanceUsing a tape measure to verify product dimensions and ensure accurate specificationsPackaging finished products and preparing materials for shippingPerforming hands-on assembly and production tasks as neededMoving, stacking and organizing materials throughout the facilityPerforming material handling and other general labor dutiesFollowing production instructions, safety procedures and quality standardsWorking as part of a team to meet daily factory production goalsQualificationsWe're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have:Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow directions and production proceduresAbility to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 scheduleAbility to stand, walk and perform repetitive work for extended periodsAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled factoryAbility to regularly lift and move materials as requiredAbility to perform repetitive assembly, packaging and material-handling tasksA willingness to learn and work as part of a teamPrevious warehouse, factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, shipping/receiving, material handling, quality inspection, machine operation or general labor experience is a plus — but not required.Pay & Overtime1st Shift: $18/hr — 7:00 AM–7:00 PM 3rd Shift: $19/hr — 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Optional overtime is readily available. Many employees work 60+ hours per week, and employees who take advantage of significant overtime opportunities can earn up to $1,500+ in a high-overtime week, depending on hours worked. If you want the opportunity to work additional hours and substantially increase your weekly paycheck, this position offers plenty of overtime.ScheduleThis is a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Employees work a combination of days and nights based on their assigned rotation. The schedule provides a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off. This is a physical production and manufacturing position, not a traditional office or climate-controlled warehouse job.
