Job description
Warehouse Worker / Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to support warehouse, inventory, and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating material handling equipment, and supporting production needs.Job DutiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damageVerify shipping documentation and inventory recordsEnter inventory and receiving data into SAP or other inventory management systemsOperate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materialsMaintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areasCoordinate with production personnel to ensure material availabilityVerify inventory quantities through physical inspections and cycle countsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety procedures and operational standardsQualificationsThree to five years of sit-down forklift experience requiredExperience using SAP or other ERP inventory management systems requiredStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with receiving, inventory control, and material handling preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to safely operate warehouse equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentScheduleFull-time positionFirst ShiftHours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PMBenefits of the PositionStable full-time employmentOpportunity to develop warehouse and inventory management skillsTeam-oriented manufacturing environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesConsistent first-shift scheduleIf you are an experienced forklift operator with strong inventory control skills and a commitment to accuracy and safety, we encourage you to apply.
