Returns Team Lead

The Returns Team Lead is expected to lead the team from the front, as an equal contributor to the overall production of the department. They are expected to lead in the absence of the Supervisor, and provide education and guidance to their team members in reference to the overall department procedures.

This position is an ally to their team and is expected to convey pertinent information up to the Supervisor and Managers about daily productions, potential concerns, and positive outcomes that derive from their department. The key to success in this role is transparency and clear communication, without these there will be conflict and chaos in the department and within leadership itself.

Job Description:

Clear and effective communication with Supervisor and Managers

Lead the team from the front - participating in daily work

Training on any new personnel on best practice

Supporting the Supervisor in tasks that are assigned

Inventory Adjustments with very specific memos

Supply upkeep

Up keep on SOPs/Best practices

Expectations/ Responsibilities:

Daily:

Receiving/ inspections

Assist with cases if needed

Assist with Return to Vendor items

Cleaning area

Asana tasks

Daily personnel assignments

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (with lunch) / 8a-4p (without lunch) Compensation: $21.50/hr (90 day probation period)

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
