Job description
Warehouse Shipping Manager to oversee night-shift shipping operations within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This individual will lead the overnight team and ensure outbound orders are accurately staged, loaded, secured, and dispatched on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all night-shift shipping and outbound warehouse operations.
Lead and manage warehouse employees throughout the shift.
Ensure orders and outbound loads are properly staged, verified, loaded, and secured.
Monitor productivity, workload, labor efficiency, and shipping accuracy.
Adjust staffing and assignments based on operational needs.
Coordinate with routing, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse teams.
Enforce company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and warehouse standards.
Lead shift meetings and communicate daily productivity and safety expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Job Description
Qualifications
Previous warehouse operations management experience, preferably within a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, inventory control, and operational best practices.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Strong leadership and team-development skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. xhqgsiq
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | Approximately 5:30 PM until shipping operations are complete
