Job description
Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Westborough, MA to oversee daily warehouse operations with a 6:00 PM start and a 5-day schedule within a 7-day operation. The role requires at least 3 years of management in distribution/transportation, budgeting duties, and staff development.
Salary is 75K plus quarterly bonus; benefits after 30 days. The candidate will negotiate carrier rates, manage safety and efficiency, and ensure customer needs are met daily while maintaining accurate records
