Job description
Capstone Logistics seeks a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and service levels. The role requires 3+ years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation and hands-on coaching of the workforce.
The position includes budgeting, shift scheduling, and ensuring adherence to Capstone policies. A BS/BA or equivalent experience is preferred and a competitive benefits package is offered.
