Warehouse SupervisorGensco has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor at our branch in Bend, Oregon!Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of the Branch WarehouseResponsible for team building, implementing continuous education processes for all Branch Team Members, establishing objective and measurable goals, and clearly communicating these goals and standards to Branch TeamRecruit, hire, and train Team Members meeting Company standards.Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and CustomersComply with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain safe work practices and securitySuggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices, and operational process design and implementationEducation/Experience/SkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAA degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred2+ years related experience with Gensco or equivalent preferredPrior direct customer service experience – desire to work directly with CustomersExcellent knowledge of the products Gensco sellsUnderstanding of Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery functionsProactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriatelyStrong decision-making abilities - understanding the impact and implications of decisionsStrong negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong people management and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job doneAble to operate computer terminal, personal computer, and office machinesAble to communicate with the public in person and on the phoneAble to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and inventory on a frequent basisAble to organize people within the TDC/Branch and promote teamworkBenefitsHealthcare coverage of medical, dental and vision available first of the month following date of hireDiscretionary Profit Sharing401(k) Retirement PlanAnnual Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays and up to 2 Paid Floating HolidaysPaid Vacation (Full Time Team Member Accrual: First 12 Months - 40 hours, Year 1-5 - 80 hours)Tuition reimbursement for 2-year and 4-year degree programsLife Insurance, Voluntary Supplemental Life InsuranceLong-Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program
