Warehouse Supervisor
Blair, NE
$70K–$75K
We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can bring energy, direction, and accountability to a high-volume distribution operation.

What You'll Take Charge Of
Lead daily warehouse operations and frontline associates
Keep productivity, safety & accuracy on track
Use WMS data and KPIs to improve performance
Coordinate staffing, workflow & daily priorities
Coach employees and build a stronger, more efficient team
What We're Looking For
2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership
Knowledge of high-volume DC operations & WMS
Strong communication, coaching & problem-solving skills
Ability to keep teams focused when priorities shift
