Job description
Warehouse SupervisorAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across multiple shifts. Our Warehouse Supervisors also coordinate the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front line staff.Responsibilities include:Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely mannerUtilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading timeEnsure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needsProvide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costsReviews and prepares any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are metDevelop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsDeliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impactCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionallyBuild people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnelMaintain the inventory system to aid in production schedulingMaintain all housekeeping and food safety and safety standards and trainingYou will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbsThis role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionallyYou may require off-shift and weekend work with some travel (less than 5%)Compensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
