Warehouse Supervisor- Dallas, TXWhat's In it for You?Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates if successful in supervisory assignmentsCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsPaid vacation and sick days after one year of serviceExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributionsDiscretionary Bonus401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of serviceResponsibilities:Maintain neat and clean warehouse ensure it's accessible and safe for employee and visitor trafficEnsure product accuracy when loading, unloading, or transferring trailer loadsAccurately complete certification sheets for each trailer loaded, including proper identification of completed reworkAssure all incoming materials including but not limited to dunnage, resin, color concentrate, corrugated, plastics bags, etc. meets all GMP requirements for incoming goodsMaintain accurate inventory of all products and all trailersAssure all trailers are properly inspected before being loadedAssure all manifests and shipping documents are accurate and complete and accounted forContinually work toward reducing/eliminating product damage and scrapProvide back up coverage to warehouse manager during absences or vacations.Qualifications :2+ years supervising experience2+ years shipping/receiving experience along with forklift operator experienceFlexibility to help with projects on off shifts when neededProficiency on Microsoft Excel and WordMaterial Handling ExperiencePossess basic math skillsDemonstrate reliable attendance and ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions
