Warehouse SupervisorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading shipping/logistics company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations, support new production initiatives, and help drive process improvements across the facility. If you enjoy a fast-paced, leadership-focused environment and want to make an impact on operations and team performance, this opportunity could be a great fit.What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Supervisor:Lead implementation of new production line initiatives, including systems, processes, and organizational changesTrain and support production leads, dock coordinators, and clerks to ensure efficient operations and policy complianceOversee receiving, storage, and distribution to maintain smooth product flowMonitor warehouse and production operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementAssist in establishing and maintaining FIFO inventory systemsRecommend and support personnel actions including hiring, evaluations ), promotions, and disciplineCoordinate scheduling and training of temporary staff for shifts and projectsWhat You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Supervisor Role:Previous leadership experience preferred1+ year of warehouse or transportation experience preferred (not required)Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer portalsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of staff and external partnersWillingness to work in both office and warehouse environmentsAbility to manage processes, prioritize tasks, and lead teams effectivelyReliable transportation to the Cold Spring areaThis Company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match after eligibility periods, night shift pay differentials, quarterly bonus programs, training programs, safety incentives, and more.
