Warehouse SupervisorNOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Location: Socorro, TX Pay: DOE, Based on Experience Schedule: Full-Time Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. What You'll Do Supervise and support warehouse associates and daily operations Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities Manage staffing assignments and workflow to meet production goals Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company standards are followed Train, coach, and develop team members Work closely with production, logistics, quality, and other departments Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or logistics experience Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes Experience with WMS or inventory management systems Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing or high-volume warehouse experience is a plus READY TO LEAD?
