Job description

Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Unit Process Company, Everett, WA, a division of Bray InternationalSchedule: Onsite - Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a one-hour lunchPosition Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for receiving incoming product, inspecting for accuracy and quality, picking and shipping customer orders, material and inventory handling and storage, RMA processing, warehouse organization and safety and other warehouse operating requirements under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Lead will also assist with valve assembly and automation, pump repair, and other technical product service as required. This position will provide non-supervisory coordination and leadership to other warehouse workers to ensure that all relevant operational KPI's and customer requirements are fulfilled. The Warehouse Lead will interface with customers, inside sales, outside sales, and manufacturer contacts and will be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to provide information and satisfy customer demands. This position requires an attitude focused on customer satisfaction and a drive for operational excellence in all warehouse processes. Forklift driving certification is required in addition to a physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.Responsibilities Include:Receiving and receiving inspectionProcessing shipment and inventory transactions in LN (ERP system)Picking, packaging, and shipping heavy industrial equipmentForklift drivingValve assembly and automationPump repair and other service workWorkplace organization, cleanliness, and safetyOperational KPI management, KPI report generation, and presentations to operational managementManage inventory and complete cycle counts as requiredCommunication skills across a wide range of stakeholders including customers, outside sales, inside sales, management, etc.Provide non-supervisory coordination and leadership to other warehouse workersOther responsibilities as directed by Operations ManagerKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:High level of detail orientationShipping and receiving experienceAbility to complete transactions and look up information in LN (ERP system)Inventory management and cycle counting abilityForklift driving experienceExcellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)Customer satisfaction focused attitudeAbility to drive operational excellence in processes and focus on continuous improvementLevel of Supervision: This position reports to the Operations Manager for Unit Process Company, as subsidiary of Bray.Physical Demands and Work Environment:StandingSittingWalkingSpeaking/HearingRepetitive Finger MotionReaching or StretchingClimbing or BalancingBending or StoopingExposure to Chemicals or FumesSusceptible to Weather ConditionsSusceptible to Loud NoiseLifting or Exerting Force: Up to 50 poundsSeeing (with or without vision correction): Close Vision, Distance Vision, Color Discrimination, Peripheral Vision, Depth Perception, Focusing AbilitySponsorship is not available for this role.
