Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Supervisor provides inventory support, personnel support, equipment support (i.e. forklifts, wrap machines and more) shipping and receiving duties, administrative, functional and technical support to the operation of the warehouses.Schedule: Rotating A schedule (3) days one week and (4) days the next, 12 hour shift, 7:00am to 7:30pmWork Location: 1801 N 36th St, Grand Forks, NDBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness.Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73,000 - $108,350Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for the training and the process of current and new employees that will assist in checking in drivers, technicians and contractors in the areaResponsible and follow up to ensure reporting is complete and submittedResponsible and follow up to ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed based on the written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and audit requirementsWork with Department Managers to ensure the needs of customer departments are successfully metProvide solid analytical data and be able to present at different levels and displayMust be able to maneuver, train others through the SAP shipping and receiving process in SAP, and train others if needed on the floor operationResponsible for interviewing and hiringMust update and keep current all job descriptions and SOPsWork with the business in identifying best practiceDevelop and help implements sustainable processes for production and warehouse executionCreate and maintains business requirement documentation and reportingDevelop and create process workflows, additional training documentations, One Point Lessons (OPLS), skill matrixDaily, weekly, and monthly audits and reconciliation requirements (QA, Safety, Paperwork, external audits)Provide technical leadership, coaching, training and mentoringCoordinate Alchemy and forklift training to ensure each employee is in complianceSupport food safety, quality, and legalitySupport and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programsManage and maintain the upkeep of all the warehouse equipment ( i.e. forklifts, floor scrubbers, pallet wrappers)Understand the picking process and storage process operationally and via SAP and train toward itCoordinate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and adheres to all corporate regulations, and department goalsMust be able execute all job responsibilities in the departmentIdentify process and operational gaps and executes plans to close the gapsManage label process, inventory, and daily counts processReconciliation (Open POs, PSA Inventory, Inventory Accuracy, Error Analysis, Ghost Inventory, Consumption Accuracy)Ensure timely and effective communication with team and process ownersResponsible for all training and development of direct and indirect laborProvide and maintain SAP End-User access requests and approvalsSupport and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.Follow all company policies and proceduresExecute all other duties as assignedThe duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks.
