You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.$40.00 per hour – this position can be temp to hire if you can switch to 2nd shift once hired?1st Shift – 6:30am – 3:30pmWhat's a typical day as Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:Leading, coaching, and providing daily direction to a team of 30+ employees supporting outbound warehouse operationsOverseeing daily order picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on timeManaging daily workload, labor allocation, and workflow based on order volume and shipping prioritiesMonitoring outbound KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, on-time shipping, quality, attendance, and safetyUtilizing SAP to manage and monitor outbound transactions, inventory movement, order status, and operational reportingCoordinating dock activity and outbound shipments to maintain efficient product flowIdentifying and resolving issues that could impact order fulfillment or shipping deadlinesMaintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor and actively engaging with employees throughout the shiftSupporting employee onboarding, training, development, and corrective action processesPartnering with transportation, inventory, customer service, and other operational teams to resolve shipping and fulfillment issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve outbound productivity, workflow, accuracy, and overall operational efficiencyEnsuring all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followedThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have previous outbound warehouse or distribution supervisory experienceDemonstrated experience directly leading teams of 30+ employeesPossess hands-on SAP experience (required)Have a strong understanding of outbound distribution, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shippingAre experienced in managing productivity and operational KPIs in a high-volume warehouse environmentCan plan labor and allocate employees based on daily shipping volume and prioritiesHave experience with employee coaching, performance management, attendance, and accountabilityPossess strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCan manage changing priorities and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAre comfortable using warehouse management systems, operational reporting tools, and Microsoft Office(Preferred) Have experience within a large, high-volume distribution center(Preferred) Have experience with continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies(Preferred) Have experience managing outbound dock and shipping operations and implementing process improvementsHelping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.
