Warehouse SupervisorJoin a high-performing warehouse operation in Sioux Falls where you'll lead a team of 20+ employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and service performance while partnering with an experienced leadership team that values collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 4pm-3:30am with occasional weekend work.Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessManage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventoryPlan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production recordsTrack and send reports to designated plant personnelTrack warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of productsMay need to ensure accidents are investigated according to the company's accident investigation proceduresAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork with machinery and material handling equipmentResolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organizationPerform assigned projects as instructedMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)2 years warehouse supervisory experienceExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)Strong conflict management skillsAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudWhy Lineage?
