This includes inventory movement, ordering, processing, shipping, and receivingEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Ensures effective warehouse performance and maintains inventory control of parts which includes monitoring cycle counts, accuracy of orders picked and shipped, proper placement of parts into inventory and warehouse equipment.Maintains warehouse standards including warehouse layout, inventory placement and warehouse cleanliness and safety.Works with Parts Manager and Director to supervise and coordinate annual inventory counts.Coordinates and schedules location delivery vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs.Oversees the shipping and receiving functions at all locations.Oversees dispatcher or dispatching at the location.Hires and maintains staff of qualified warehouse and delivery driver personnel.May provide maintenance of warehouse facility.Other duties as assignedCompany Conformance Statement - Every employee, in addition to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, is expected to:Be safe, avoid injury and promote, through positive actions, a safe work environment,Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision,Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers,Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all Company proprietary and confidential information,Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments,Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations,Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies,Interact well and cooperatively with other employees,Adhere to the Company's EEO policy and Affirmative Action commitments.SupervisionSupervises all warehouse and delivery driver personnel which includes interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
