About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting overall branch performance.
What You'll Do
Enforce and maintain all facility safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure proper operation of equipment
Identify and resolve safety concerns and operational issues within the warehouse
Develop, implement, and improve warehouse operational procedures
Cross-train team members across warehouse functions to ensure flexibility and efficiency
Monitor attendance and adjust staffing assignments as needed to meet operational demands
Measure, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and employee performance
Address employee concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive team environment
Assist with warehouse tasks as needed to meet branch schedules and customer commitments
Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goals
Perform additional duties as assigned

Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Proficient computer skills required
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree required
Minimum of 6 years of related warehouse or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
