Warehouse SupervisorOur client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Production, Logistics, and Distribution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Pontiac, MIPay Range: $36-$41/hrWhat's the Job?Oversee warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals.Conduct daily meetings, workforce planning, employee coaching, and performance management activities.Utilize Quality Network, A3 problem-solving, and Workplace Organization (WPO) processes to improve operational efficiency.Perform payroll timekeeping updates, safety observations, SOP audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse and shift performance.What's Needed?High School Diploma plus technical/business school training or equivalent technical education.10+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or operations supervisory experience.Experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling systems, payroll/timekeeping systems, safety procedures, and quality control practices.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work with one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.Competitive pay rate of $36-$41/hr.Long-term contract opportunity.Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Weekly Pay, Holiday Pay, Referral Rewards, and Continuing Education benefits.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
