Job description
Warehouse SupervisorLead and supervise warehouse associates during the assigned shift. Serve as the primary leader on the floor, ensuring productivity, safety, and operational goals are achieved. Spend the majority of the shift walking the warehouse floor, coaching employees and addressing issues in real time. Monitor shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Utilize WMS and operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and drive accountability. Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct difficult conversations when necessary. Troubleshoot conveyor system-related workflow issues and escalate equipment concerns appropriately. Track and communicate shift performance metrics to warehouse leadership. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse operation.
