Warehouse SupervisorAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance for our warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Your primary focus will be managing labor, monitoring team metrics, and prioritizing workflows to meet strict deadlines. You will identify process gaps, enforce safety compliance, and develop leads and hourly associates to further their careers. By collaborating cross-departmentally, you will drive efficiencies and maintain our high standards of operational excellence. Come join one of the world's biggest toy-making companies and help us shape the future of play!What You Will Do:Direct daily warehouse operations, manage labor allocation across departments, and actively monitor production to ensure all staff have consistent workflowsPrioritize daily orders, audit inbound containers and receipts, and ensure timely communication for empty container pickups to maintain continuous process flowUtilize departmental metrics to manage operations, keep costs down, and support management in setting clear expectations for the shiftIdentify process gaps to increase accuracy, gain operational efficiencies, and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues quicklyMentor, train, and develop leads and hourly associates to further their careers and support overall organizational goalsPerform other duties as assignedSupervisor Responsibilities: YesWhat We Are Looking For:3 to 5 years of warehouse operations experience combined with up to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experienceActive Forklift Certification with the ability to safely operate and maintain certification on standup high-reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and transportersExceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring staff, motivating team members, and enforcing high company standardsStrong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operationsProficient verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organizationStrong work ethic and the physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesProficient computer skills and a deep understanding of compliance, safety regulations, vendor regulations, and warehouse best practicesNice To Have:Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (specifically HighJump) is a plusThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee, but provide the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Working Conditions:Environment: WarehouseExtreme Exposures: Works in areas requiring exposure to varying temperatures, extreme heat or cold and damp or drafty conditionsSchedule: Variable schedule; including nights and weekends – occasional overtime may be requiredPhysical Requirements: Heavy; Lifting up to 75 lbs: regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with a pallet jacketRegularly required to reach with hands and armsRegularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; must be able to be on feet for majority of shiftFrequently grasps, turns, manipulate objects of varying size and weight that require fine motor skills and hand-eye coordinationOccasionally required to sit, climb, or balanceVision requirements include ability to perceive things closely, from a distance, peripherally, depth and ability to adjust and focus – reading and visually verifying informationTravel Required: Yes – Limited; will be required to travel between multiple worksites based on volume and business needsWhat We Offer:The salary range for this position is $70,304.00 - $80,400.00 / Yr. The base compensation may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply.
