We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Essential duties and responsibilities:Manage activities associated with inbound and outbound warehouse operationsMeet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvementsOptimize employee workflow and make suggestions for productivity improvementsEnsure reduction of financial loss related to damaged productsAnalyze shipment logs and review timelines of scheduled deliveriesMove inventory around by scheduling materials to be moved to-and-from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departmentsReview and edit payroll and commission reports, submit reports for paymentOpens and closes the shiftTrain, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers periodicallyEnsure that facility vehicles and equipment are properly maintainedDetermine and track most important KPIsMaintain storage area clean by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommends improvements when neededDeliver supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring itemsQualifications and requirements:Bachelor's or an associate degree in administration, retail, merchandising, supply chain or any related field of study preferred.
