Job description
ELEMENT seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a Pull Team of 3–5 associates, assigning daily tasks and ensuring contracts are pulled accurately and on time. You will inspect rental equipment, verify quantities, and oversee repackaging of returned inventory to maintain stock integrity.
You will train and motivate the team, enforce OSHA safety guidelines, and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Sales to prepare events with precision.
