Job description
Cavalier Distributing is seeking an Order Picker Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and a safe, efficient work environment. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from approximately 3:00pm until completion, with occasional weekend shifts announced 2 weeks in advance.
The Team Lead will drive shipping operations, team productivity, and adherence to safety protocols, partnering with the Operations Manager to meet objectives and deliver results through teamwork.
