Utility Production OperatorPhillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations.Shift Options:12 Hour Rotating nights, 5pm – 5am (N2 shift) base pay plus 14% shift differentialOne week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.At Phillips-Medisize, our goal is to create value for others. The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met.What You Will Do:Perform visual, in-process and final of parts per quality criteriaWork in a fast-paced physical environment; operating, optimizing and troubleshooting a variety of machinesCommunicate and work effectively with team membersWork with computers and SAPOperate palletizer and wrapperLoad and unload productEnd of run cleaning of production presses, which requires safety control lock trainingWho You Are (Basic Qualifications):Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You Ahead:6 months + of production operating experienceThis position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
