Job description
Our client, manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting production readiness, order fulfillment, and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a sharp attention to detail, and the drive to continuously improve processes-skills that will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Pella, IA
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
What's the Job?
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure accurate inventory control through proper receiving, picking, and stock replenishment.
Pick and process orders with precision and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
Support production by ensuring all necessary components are available at the line.
Manage urgent, branch replenishment, and export orders effectively while overseeing all material movements within the site to maintain workflow efficiency.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a warehouse role, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.
Familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.
Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; good organizational and time management skills; basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking; commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
