HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.This role is a key support function within the operation—ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and followed through to resolution, while supporting both internal teams and manufacturer relationships.The right candidate will take ownership of the warranty process, stay on top of details and follow through, and work closely with service, parts, and sales teams to keep jobs moving, issues resolved, and customers taken care of throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Review, process, and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and policiesTrack claim status and follow up with manufacturers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or outstanding issuesMaintain accurate records of warranty work, including parts, labor, and claim documentationVerify warranty coverage and clearly explain warranty terms and conditionsWork closely with the service team to coordinate warranty repairs and help ensure timely completionTrack and order warranty parts as needed to avoid service delaysStay current on manufacturer bulletins, warranty policies, and proceduresAssist the service, parts, and new equipment sales departments with warranty-related questions or issuesCommunicate with customers, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure a smooth warranty processProcess freight claims for damaged shipmentsProcess contractor claims for damaged or non-working productsHTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
