Job description
Warranty AdministratorOur Warranty Administrator has been promoted which leaves the right candidate a great opportunity to join the growing Crestview Cadillac service team as our new Warranty Administrator. In this role, you will manage warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer compliance, state compliance, accurate documentation, and coordinating with service personnel to streamline warranty processes.ResponsibilitiesProcessing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timelyMaintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communicationsCommunicate with service technicians, customers, after market warranty providers and Cadillac regarding warranty issuesReview and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelinesEnsure all requirements for warranty reimbursement prior to submittal have been metEnsure all service RO's are accounted for and filedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning warranty management softwareProficient with GM GlobalAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience as a GM dealership warranty administrator required.BenefitsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive and inclusive work environmentEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicesCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAbout the CompanyCrestview Cadillac is a premier luxury automotive dealership located in Rochester Hills, MI.
