Job description
Warranty Manager And Operations SupportResponsible for processing all warranty claims and records and assisting the operations team in the day-to-day functions of the shop.Support daily functions including, but not limited to:Process warranty claimsVerify distributor warranty requirementsPost credits received for warranty claimsFollow up with distributors regarding unpaid claimsFile warranty documentation and keep warranty records organizedBuild Pneulogic controls for Dutton and Howell locationsResponsible for all in house salter calibrations of Dicky John and Rexroth controllersProgram and assemble InPower switchingTrain customers on spreader control calibrations and drop testsTroubleshoot and repair customer spreader controllersAssist Sales department in coordinating customer trainingsWork in multiple locations as neededRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervisionWorking knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office)Working knowledge of company software and proceduresGeneral comprehension of and experience in the truck build-up processKnowledge of onboard truck computer controls including electrical multiplexing and CAN Bus systemsGreat attitude and ability to work with othersGood communication skills, written and verbalAbility to multitask and has good organizational skillsDetailed and goal oriented with effective time management skillsConfident public speaking with the ability to train customersMechanically inclinedValid driver's licenseEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentMechanical related experiencePhysical Requirements (representative but not exhaustive):Sitting, crouching, kneelingManual finger dexterityHeavy lifting; 50 pounds or moreTwisting, bending, reaching, and stretchingLong periods of standingExposure to shop noise and dustExposure to moving mechanical parts and vehiclesExposure to hot and cold temperaturesCore Values:Integrity with a strong moral compassExceptional work ethic with gritTeam player attitudeInnovationRequirements:Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC/marijuana), physical, and background check.Must have a current drivers license to move our vehicles.Must be able to work 7am-5pm shifts Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
