Washer Assembly Machine OperatorSFS Group USA Inc is seeking experienced and dependable Washer Assembly Machine Operators to join our Washer Assembly team on our 2nd shift in Wyomissing, PA. This role offers a competitive starting salary and a generous benefit package including profit sharing, company 401(k) contribution, health/dental/vision insurance offerings, a tuition reimbursement program and other valuable benefits!Objectives:Performs the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and valuesActively supports and represents the SFS brandPrincipal Duties:Setup, operation, and loading of machineryReading, releasing and confirming work ordersPerform daily preventative maintenance checklist before start upFollows applicable work instructions and safety guidelinesUtilizing SAP system to match work order to items being manufacturedActively prevents and detects potential quality problemsMachine changeoverOrder partsLoading and emptying of componentsPerforms material handling tasks including reading and understanding KanBan replenishment systemWeekly cleaning as requiredOther duties as assignedIdeal Candidates:High School Diploma required2-5 years in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to lift up to 25-50 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to become forklift certifiedAbility to stand for extended periods of timePosition Located at: 1045 Spring Street, Wyomissing, PA 19610Our employees are the driving force behind our successful and dynamically growing company.
