Plant ManagerH 2 O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. H 2 O is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join our team in Harrison County, MS.The BenefitsOverall remuneration includes:Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & TelemedicineHealth Savings AccountLife Insurance401K Retirement Plan with Employer ContributionsPaid Vacation & Sick DaysPaid HolidaysKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and complianceSupervise and support plant operators and assigned personnelMonitor treatment processes and adjust as neededReview operational and laboratory data to maintain treatment performanceCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant equipmentMaintain accurate operational, compliance, and regulatory recordsRespond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergency situationsAssist with inspections, audits, and regulatory requirementsTrain employees and enforce safety procedures and company standardsThe Skills We Are Looking ForActive Class IV Wastewater Operator LicenseStrong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulationsExperience with wastewater plant operations and supervisionStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsLeadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to safety and regulatory complianceThe successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
