Job description
Water/Mold TechnicianA versatile Water/Mold Technician is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, as well as remediation assignments, new referrals, and existing, as well as customer and manager communications to accomplish their duties.Responsibilities:Be available by phone and email during normal business and scheduled on-duty hoursCommunicate daily with the Operations managerMaintaining an organized clean company-issued vehicle Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Tools, Consumables, vehicle maintenanceMaintain a daily update of all files in the MICA appBe available 24/7 when working on-call rotationCommunicate daily with customers/Insurance personnel/other team membersMaintain good time management with handling existing/new assignmentsBe able to listen and follow safety protocols, as well as wear proper PPEBe able to read and understand a mold remediation estimate to start new assignmentsAssist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessaryHigh level performance of water and fire mitigation and mold remediation services according to Rytech and industry specifications under supervisionFocus and dedication to providing excellent customer serviceParticipate in continued education and trainings as requiredQualifications:Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction)Clean drivers abstract and clear criminal record check requiredExperience working with Insurance claims is a plusExcellent communication and customer service skillsWilling to travel in times of needCAT situationsHelping other AreasAbility to learn software programsMust be able to listen and follow directionsMust be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contentsIICRC Certifications a plus (WRT/ASD)Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
