Job description
The Walsh Group is seeking a Proposal Manager for its Water Group in Long Beach, CA. You will lead the creation of marketing deliverables, ensure branding standards, and guide a team through proposals from planning to submission.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 5–7 years of experience in construction/architecture, and strong writing/editing skills. Base pay ranges from $89,000 to $111,000 with potential bonus and benefits.
