Job description

Town of Gilbert invites applications for Water Quality Chemist I/II. This flex posting may hire at Chemist I or II based on qualifications. Primary duties include analyzing drinking water samples, preparing reagents, maintaining QA/QC procedures, and entering data in LIMS.

Chemist II level adds experience with ICP-MS, GC/MS, and Ion Chromatography. This is an exempt, at-will position in a laboratory setting. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and be able to mentor junior staff.
