Job description
CDM Smith is seeking a National Practice Leader – Water Resource Infrastructure & Resiliency to lead growth, innovation, and technical excellence across the Water Resource practice. The role focuses on strategic client engagement, thought leadership, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to deliver world‑class outcomes.
Required: a Bachelor's in environmental, civil, coastal, or chemical engineering, a PE license, and 15+ years of related experience; willingness to travel 20%–40%.
