Job description
CDM Smith seeks a National Practice Leader – Water Resource Infrastructure & Resiliency to guide growth and technical leadership across the US. You will shape strategy, drive innovation, and elevate client service while strengthening CDM Smith’s market position.
In this role you will mentor technical leaders, develop staff, and lead dissemination through papers, webinars, and conferences; travel 20–40% as required to serve clients and pursue opportunities.
